DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR TURKISH TOURIST VISA

1. Original passport with color photocopy.
2. Two(2) Biometric photos at 5×5 cm with white background for Kabul zone and 2 Biometric photos at  5X7 cm with white background for Mazar zone.
3. Original Electronic identity document (E-Tazkira) with color photocopy
4. The last three months of Bank statement
5. Travel insurance after Visa is issued.
6. Hotel reservation and Ticket reservation.
7. Marriage certificate attested by Ministry of Foreign affairs of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan if required.
8. Incas if an applicant from one zone wants to apply to another zone (Kabul) or (Mazar-e-Sharif) he/she has to bring a resident approval from letter from local municipality district or home deed with electricity bell which is registered to his/her name.

Note: Other supporting documents if available ( Employment agreement, old Turkish visa, TAPU, Inviter’s residence permit and or visa copy)

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR TURKISH TRANSIT VISA

1. Original passport with color photocopy.
2. Two (2) Biometric photos at 5×5 cm with white background for Kabul zone and  2 Biometric photos at 5X7 cm with white background for Mazar zone.
3. Original Electronic  identity document (E-Tazkira) with color photocopy
4. Visa or residence permit copy for the destination country
5. The last three months of Bank statement.
6. Travel insurance after Visa is issued.
7. Hotel reservation and Ticket reservation.
8. Marriage certificate attested by Ministry of Foreign affaires of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR TURKISH STUDENT VISA

1. Original passport with color photocopy.
2. 2 Biometric photos at 5X5 cm with white background for Kabul zone and 2 Biometric photos at 5×7 cm with white background for Mazar-e-Sharif zone.
3. Original Electronic Identity Card (E-Tazkira) with color photocopy.
4. Acceptance and registration letter of one of the educational institution for (Bachelor, Master and Ph.D) degree.
   The university or educational institution is obligated to email the acceptance letter to Turkish Embassy in Kabul or Consulate General in Mazar-e-Sharif Afghanistan  and also a copy of the Email attached with your application.
5. Having (YOS) exam certificate for bachelor degree.
6. Original School Certificate, Diploma and transcript with copies, which is attested by Ministry of foreign affairs of the Islamic republic of Afghanistan.
7. Financial guarantor’s letter for applicant stating he/she covers the entire cost during education
8. Financial guarantor’s proof of income which covers last 3 months Bank statement, if bank statement is from First degree relatives (father, brother and sister) copy of Tazkira and passport of that person is must.
9. Acceptance email copy which is sent to embassy on behalf of university.
10. Travel insurance after visa is issued.
11. If the student’s age is less than 18 years, it is necessary that the parents of the student should visit to the consulate and receive a standard agreement.
12. Incas if an applicant from one zone wants to apply to another zone (Kabul) or (Mazar-e-Sharif) he/she has to bring a resident approval from letter from local municipality district or home deed with electricity bell which is registered to his/her name.

Note: If necessary, the applicant is required to attend the meeting in Turkish Embassy Kabul Afghanistan or  Turkish Consulate General in Mazar-e-Sharif Afghanistan. The process may take one to two months.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR TURKISH MEDICAL TREATMENT VISA

1. Original passport with color photocopy.
2. 2 Biometric photos at 5×5 cm with white background for Kabul zone and 2 Biometric photos at  5X7 cm with white background for Mazar zone.
3. Original birth certificate for under age (18 years) which is attested by Foreign Ministry of Republic  Islamic of Afghanistan.
4. Original electronic identity card (E-Tazkira) with color photocopy.
5. Department of Health Laws and Review or governmental or Non-governmental hospital which is acceptable by Department of Health Laws and Review is obliged to email a Non-treatment health report of urgent patient inside Afghanistan to the official email of Turkish embassy in Kabul or consulate general Mazar-e-Sharif as well Turkey Visa Application Center from their official email, also a printed copy of submitted email is required.
6. Medical treatment invitation Letter from the Republic of Turkey which is attest by the public health section (USHAS) for more details please click on link http://www.ushas.com.tr/covid19st.html.
   – Patient acceptance letter from one of the hospitals in the republic of Turkey.
   – Cash receipt indicating prepayment to the hospital.
   – The hospital is obliged to email the acceptance letter of patient to the official email of Turkish embassy in Kabul or consulate general Mazar-e-Sharif.
7. The last three (3) months of Bank statement, if bank statement is from a First degree relatives (father, brother and sister) copy of  Tazkira and passport of that person is must.
8. Travel insurance after visa is issued.
9. Hotel reservation and Ticket reservation
10. Marriage certificate attested by Ministry of Foreign affairs of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.
11. The patient must be accompanied by a mother, father, spouse, child, brother or sister. Incase if the patient is accompanied by a mother or spouse, it is necessary to have a marriage certificate or an assurance letter. if the patient is accompanied by others except above mentioned people he/she must complete tourist visa conditions, in addition if applicant is under age (18 years) father or mother or both of them are not applying with him/her they should prepare an official assurance letter from court and should be attest by the Ministry of Foreign affairs of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.

7. Police clearance letter (lack of responsibilities) from Afghanistan Ministry of Interior affairs with attested of Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
8. Marriage certificate attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs if required.
