General information

A. Without Appointment (TVAC Service Charge USD 50)

1. Applicant should decide visa type to apply.
2. Fill the Application form and Complete the documentation.
3. Visit TVAC
4. At Reception, TVAC staff will check the documents and issue Queue Token and applicant wait for his/her turn.
5. Once Token is called, applicant should go the counter and submit the application.
6. Counter staff will check the documents and issue the Invoice No for Visa fee (as per visa type) and TVAC service charge (USD 50).
7. Applicant goes to cashier and pays the fee.
8. Applicant comes back to counter and shows the receipt and take the copy of Applicant Invoice and receipt for Submitted documents. Invoice shows the delivery date of passport.
9. On the delivery date, applicant visit the TVAC and get the queue token again and wait for token to be called.
10. On calling, Applicant gets the passport back.

B. With Appointment (TVAC Service Charge USD 80)

1. Applicant should decide visa type to apply.
2. Fill the Application form and Complete the documentation.
3. Applicant takes the appointment to visit the TVAC
4. Applicant Visits TVAC as per appointment schedule.
5. In TVAC, applicant is directed to appointment lounge where applicant is assisted immediately without waiting. All the formalities including cash receipt are being done at the lounge only. Invoice is issued with receipt of cash along with receipt for submitted documents and information of delivery date of passport.
6. On the delivery date, applicant visit the TVAC and get the queue token again and wait for token to be called.
7. On calling, Applicant gets the passport back.

We have two types of services:

Without appointment: USD 50

With appointment: USD 80

At TVAC, we also offer Services for Photocopy, Photos, Air Tickets, Travel Insurance.
