REIRED Tourism Services is authorized visa application center for all visa applications by Republic of Turkey Embassy in Kabul-Afghanistan and  Consulate General, Republic of Turkey in Mazar-e-Sharif.

Any Afghan national or other nationality living in Afghanistan can apply visa at TVAC.

TVAC is charging USD 50 per person as service fee for applying visa at TVAC. This fee is additional to the visa fee of Embassy. If applicant wants to take appointment to save waiting time at the TVAC, visa fee will be USD 80 per person.

We accept only cash at TVAC.

Visa processing time depends on type of Visa. For most of the visa types processing time is 7 days up to 3 months. Only for few visa type like Student and Work Visa, processing time depends on approval for visa from Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkey, Ankara.

You may need to submit some original documents like Tazkara, Trade license copy or Education certificates etc along with application. These documents will be returned back at the time of delivery of visa/passport.

You can come to TVAC without appointment. However to save time of waiting in queue, you may take prior appointment which will be at additional fee.

For Business, Tourist and Medical visa you should apply minimum 8 days in advance prior to travel date.

Yes, Visa will be stamped on Passport.

Yes, you do not need to fill the form by your self, a counter is responsible for filling your form  and you just need to answer for his/her questions.

We do assist in photocopies and pictures at additional cost.

Yes, the main applicant has to visit in person. All family members who are under 12 years old does not need to be present, but those who are above 12 years old should be present him/her self in TVAC.

Based on new rule of Republic of Turkey embassy all applicants who are equal and  above 12 years old must Biometric in Reired Tourism (T VAC) hence, Reired Tourism request all applicants who are equal and above 12 years old must be present while applying for Turkish Visa.

Yes, visa will be delivered to same person who applied and submitted the application.

TVAC has no role in visa decision. TVAC is just collecting the documents on behalf of Embassy of Republic of Turkey.

If visa is refused, you can apply any time again. Your application will be treated as new application on merit.

You should be aware, that if there has been no significant change in your circumstances since the last refusal, or if you are unable to address the reasons for refusal, your application may be refused again. A previous refusal will not mean that any subsequent application will be refused automatically, unless you have submitted forged documents in with your application.
If you re-apply then you will have to complete the full application process again.

Yes, they can apply, but a letter from court containing the consents of both mother and father should be submitted for those applicants who are under 18 years. This letter should be approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan for those under age applicants whose parents are divorced. A certified copy of the court verdict which should have a stipulation about the custody, should be submitted.

You can only bring your first-degree relatives bank while applying for turkey visa but remember, in case if someone wants to bring his/her First-degree relatives bank statement like (Father, Brother, Sister and Son), he/she must attach a copy of National ID (Tazkira) and also passport of the person to whom which bank statement belongs.

There is no refund if visa is refused.
